I am a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Department of Business Administration at the University of Zurich. My research lies at the intersection of education, economics, and public policy and examines how institutional design, policy environments, and information structures shape educational and occupational decision-making. Using experimental and quasi-experimental methods alongside large-scale administrative data, I study disparities in postsecondary education and evaluate interventions designed to improve long-term outcomes.
